Contract Business Analyst required for a Dublin based Banking organisation.
Initial 6 Month contract with extension for another 6.
A minimum of 4 years working on a number of projects in a Business Analyst role that have been delivered using the Agile Methodology.
Experience of business analysis techniques particularly in the following areas:
* Backlog refinement and backlog management
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Comfortable working within a team environment
* Decisive, organised self-starter
* Ability to plan work based on moving priorities
* Estimate activities and deliver on commitments
* Ability to work on multiple parallel changes
* Comfortable working with data models and data mapping
* Excellent stakeholder management
* Ability to identify the implications of the solution to be delivered
* Consideration of other projects and initiatives - see the bigger picture
* A good understanding of formal project management and Agile processes and ceremonies
* Comfortable to challenge constructively
* Detail-oriented
* Able to identify continuous improvement opportunities
This is a day rate contract.
Hybrid, with at least 50% on-site.
