As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the end-to-end management of multiple projects, from planning to execution and completion. Your extensive experience in public works will be utilized to deliver high-quality results.
The projects you will be working on include school and hospital developments. With budgets ranging from €5-€10 million, you will be responsible for ensuring timely progress and meeting financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and completion.
* Contract Oversight: Manage contract requirements, including negotiations and risk assessment.
* Budgeting & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
* Scheduling & Coordination: Develop and maintain project schedules.
* Quality Assurance: Enforce quality standards.
* Health & Safety Compliance: Promote a culture of safety across all sites.
* Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
* Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction management in Ireland.
* In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes.
* Strong budgeting, financial management, and risk assessment skills.
* Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
