We are seeking an experienced Instructor to join our team and make a difference in the lives of people with disabilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for training and developing all trainees on their programme, in accordance with the agreed local training specification (LTS), as well as day-to-day management and maintenance of all aspects of the programme.
1. Provide systematic training according to specified curricula, maintain records of all training in accordance with both internal and external quality standards, and produce reports on same, as required.
2. Evaluate the vocational rehabilitation needs of each trainee, instil by example appropriate work attitudes and work behaviours, provide feedback on progress, identify future goals objectives assist further rehabilitative learning - rehab support delivery perform teaching/research responsibilities tasks environment supporting duty role.
