We are seeking a graduate of Computer Science looking to grow their skill set. The role will be wide ranging allowing the graduate to work on many different parts of the AQMetrics risk and regulatory reporting applications. This individual will be involved in all areas of the Regulatory Reporting team. What you will do

* Preparing and reviewing customer global regulatory reports, including AIFMD, Form PF, CPOPQR, MiFID II
* Onboarding new customers to the AQMetrics platform, including data mapping, data onboarding and product training
* Mapping of customer data sources to the AQMetrics data interface
* Assisting in the development of documentation, specifications and enhancements for the AQMetrics risk and regulatory platform
* Monitoring ongoing changes to existing and emerging regulatory requirements, constantly improving our regulatory reporting knowledge base
* Ensuring an efficient, streamlined, high quality filing process for AQMetrics customers
* Providing exceptional service to our customers by responding to queries in a professional manner
* Working closely with our product engineering team to provide customer feedback on the AQMetrics solution to ensure our product continues to be enhanced


Requirements

* Take ownership for the creation and management of talent projects for transformation and loading of data from external sources and extraction of data from internal sources. From time-to-time this may involve liaison with AQMetrics Customers and their administrators to define format of extracts for Talend configuration.
* Creation and management of best practices for technical product specifications and documentation for the AQMetrics configurable dashboard.
* Be the design gatekeeper for AQMetrics configurable dashboard including design consistency, appropriateness of information, best practices for user experience.
* Management and implementation of database changes initiated by AQMetrics customers, and provided via the Customer Success team tickets, including set up of new users, set up / amendment of workflows, fund and find manager wiring, management of IP addresses.
* Supporting AQMetrics QA team with the business context for product changes initiated by AQMetrics customers. This may include setting or assessing the user cases.
* Act as internal audit lead for ISO 27001 programme, including management of policies changes and the quality of the internal audit programme.
* Other duties and responsibilities as required


What you will have

* Experience working with complex data feeds and creating transformation logic to ensure these data feeds are suitable for the AQMetrics systems.
* Experience working with ETL based systems where data quality is key to the success of the
* Experience building and debugging complex systems in a team environment.
* Experience with version control software specifically Git and BitBucket.
* Strong communication skills, a positive attitude.
* Self-awareness and a desire to continually improve.
* Excellent people skills to interact with colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties.
* Relevant 3rd level Computer Science or relevant qualification.
