POSITION Group Head of Quality & Patient Safety
Reporting to
Group CEO along with a dotted line reporting to the Group Clinical Director regarding clinical governance, policy and clinical matters.
Base
Initially located in Group Head Office in Fonthill but will be required to be located at the clinical sites including Blackrock Clinic, Hermitage Clinic, Galway Clinic and Women's Health Centre as required.
Blackrock Health is seeking an exceptional clinical leader to join our Group Leadership Team as Group Head of Quality & Patient Safety.
The postholder will play a pivotal role in shaping and sustaining a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement across our hospital group.
This is a rare opportunity to drive meaningful change at scale: you will provide strategic oversight across all key pillars of Quality and Patient Safety, including Clinical Audit, Clinical Effectiveness, Risk Management, Incident and Complaints Management, and Claims oversight.
Working in close partnership with clinical and executive leaders, you will empower clinicians and managers with the tools, frameworks, and insights they need to deliver the highest standards of patient care.
