Our client are recruiting for a motivated and reliable professional with experience in delivery operations and customer-facing sales support (print industry) The right candidate will be skilled at managing time-sensitive deliveries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring excellent service standards.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide support to Sales Dept.
for the setup of new devices, delivery, installation and demonstration of printers Provide field support for sales and end users, including on-site product support.
Execute fault-finding and problem-solving if required.
Use own initiative and work independently to develop solutions to for any issues at the customer site.
Develop and maintain excellent customer relations and represent the company in appearance and behaviours in line with the delivery of top-class standards.
Provide a standard of service that promotes the company successfully and gains approval from customers to maintain the companys position as a sole/preferred supplier.
Take opportunities to identify improved digital imaging solutions for customers and explain/demonstrate the benefits of the range of company business solutions.
Pass information regarding potential sales opportunities to the sales team.
Smart presentation and well-groomed at all times in accordance with company policy (and wearing of a uniform if provided).
Ensuring that the company van is presentable and well-maintained at all times and notifying your manager immediately of any issues with it.
Using the handling equipment provided to load and move products and machines as required.
Observing Health and Safety and other company policies at all times.
Skills: IT knowledge is preferred, in particular networking of printers and other peripherals.
Full drivers license required.
