Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented
Compliance Administrator
to support the management and control of product Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and product labelling.

This is a part-time role (2 days per week) focused on execution and administration, ensuring all product documentation and labels remain accurate, compliant, and up to date in line with regulatory and internal requirements.

Skills & Experience

Essential:

· Strong administrative and document control experience.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

· Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.

· Ability to manage multiple document updates and deadlines.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, SharePoint or similar systems).

Desirable:

· Experience in compliance, regulatory administration, or product documentation.

· Familiarity with chemical, lubricants, or FMCG labelling requirements.

Personal Attributes

· Methodical and process-driven.

· Highly detail-oriented.

· Comfortable working independently.

· Clear communicator.

Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation Management

· Maintain and update Technical Data Sheets (TDS) and Safety Data Sheets (SDS) across the lubricants portfolio.

· Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to obtain the latest technical and regulatory documentation.

· Ensure documentation reflects current product specifications and approvals (e.g., OEM standards where

applicable).

· Maintain version control and document archives in line with internal procedures.

Labelling Compliance

· Review and manage product labels to ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., hazard symbols, classifications,

language requirements).

· Coordinate label updates with relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders.

· Support implementation of new or revised label requirements.

· Conduct periodic checks to ensure labels in circulation match approved specifications.

Regulatory & Compliance Support

· Monitor changes in relevant regulations impacting lubricant products (e.g., chemical classification and labelling

requirements).

· Support current ISO QEHS systems.

· Support internal audits and compliance checks.

· Maintain compliance records and documentation for inspection purposes.

· Assist with customer queries relating to product documentation and regulatory information.

Systems & Administration

· Maintain organised digital and physical filing systems for all product compliance documentation.

· Update internal product databases with accurate technical and compliance information.
