Job Title: Automation Professional
We're seeking an experienced Automation Professional to support and improve automated manufacturing systems across Europe.
This exciting opportunity will see you work alongside experienced engineers to troubleshoot and enhance high-tech production lines for diagnostic products.
* Maintain and improve automated production lines (filling, capping, inspection, packaging)
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, operations, and quality
* Document and validate automation systems in line with regulatory standards
Key Responsibilities:
* Support design, programming, and troubleshooting of automation systems (e.g., PLCs, robotics, vision systems)
* Maintain and improve automated production lines (filling, capping, inspection, packaging, etc.)
Requirements:
* 1.5–2 years of experience in automation or controls engineering
* Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley), robotics, or vision systems (e.g., Cognex, CI Vision)
* A relevant technical qualification (Cert, Diploma, or Degree) preferably in Automation and/or Robotics
* Good troubleshooting and communication skills
* A willingness to learn and grow in a regulated, high-performance environment
Nice To Have:
* Experience in medical device or pharma manufacturing
* Exposure to validation processes (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ)
Work Location & Travel:
Ireland (with travel to European sites)
