The Role
As a Psychiatrist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating mental health disorders, providing comprehensive care to patients, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Prescribe medications and monitor their effects on patients.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling to patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records.
Team Structure
You will work closely with psychologists, social workers, and nursing staff to provide holistic care.
Ideal Profile
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychiatry and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Medical degree (MD or DO) with specialization in Psychiatry.
Board certification in Psychiatry.
Experience in diagnosing and treating a variety of mental health disorders.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluency in German and Spanish (German Priority)
Strong problem‑solving abilities.
Empathy and compassion towards patients.
Education
Completion of residency in Psychiatry is required.
