About Your New Job
Document Management
: Process site-controlled documents on the site Document Control System and approve document change controls, establishing document effective dates.
Training and Support
: Train and support other staff members on the implementation of global improvements and the use of the Document Control System.
Inspection Readiness
: Support inspection readiness for the site and prepare for upcoming inspections.
Quality Metrics
: Examine the quality metrics related to the Document Control System and participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the quality team.
Document Control
: Maintain the site's document store, control and issue controlled document numbers, and elevate any potential issues.
What Skills You Need
Communication and Organizational Skills
: Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
Experience with QMS and EDMS Systems
: Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is desirable.
Excel and Metrics Generation
: Proficiency in Excel and experience in metrics generation is desirable.
