Job Title
This is a sought-after finance position requiring a skilled individual to oversee the financial operations of a property and asset management portfolio.
* Oversight of financial operations - ensuring timely and accurate reporting, budgeting and forecasting
* Preparation and submission of monthly and quarterly reports to stakeholders
* Administration of annual budgets, insurance renewals and external audits
* Cash flow management and forecasting, variance analysis and trend identification
* Review and approval of weekly tenant deposit returns and loan administration
* Stakeholder management - internal and external (to include equity and debt funders)

Key Responsibilities
1. Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and submit comprehensive financial plans and forecasts, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives
2. Reporting and Compliance: Develop and implement effective reporting systems to ensure timely and accurate submission of financial information to stakeholders
3. Cash Management: Oversee cash flow management, including cash forecasting, variances and trend analysis
4. Financial Administration: Administer annual budgets, insurance renewals, external audits and other financial matters as required
5. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including equity and debt funders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
* Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
