Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our expanding team in Midleton. Take inbound/outbound, customer service calls/emails regarding payment, collections, changes to service Undertakes and resolves a wide variety of inquiries including service changes, billing, cancellations, missed bins Set up new customers on online system. Communicate with the team and administration manager regarding any service changes Maintain an efficient and positive relationship with domestic/ commercial customers Manage customer accounts related queries Prepare, send and store the record of invoices on time. Process general administration functions Be part of rotation to attend reception desk What are we looking for?
