Job Description:
We are seeking a Recruitment Director to join our team at Jacksonstone Recruitment Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and forward-thinking individual to lead our HR & Training team.
About the Role:
As the Recruitment Director, you will be responsible for designing impactful learning strategies and driving employee development. You will take the reins on all learning, training, and people development activities across the site, partnering with department heads and leading the L&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the go-to expert for learning and development on-site
* Conduct needs assessments and design innovative, business-aligned L&D programs
* Evaluate program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
* Manage the Yearly Development Review (YDR) process
* Own the Excellence Through People accreditation
* Support apprenticeship and educational assistance programs
* Lead career pathing and development planning across the business
Requirements:
* A degree in HR, L&D, or related field
* 5+ years' experience in HR/L&D, ideally within pharma or a regulated industry
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
* Experience in driving talent management, career pathways, and leadership development
* Strong communication, planning, and multitasking abilities
* A passion for innovation, change, and building a culture of learning
