Role OverviewWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and trustworthy Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and front-of-house operations across our bussinesses.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and variety. You will be the central point of organisation for staff scheduling, payroll admin, reception management, and general operations — while also providing personal assistant-style support to the founder.This is not a desk-only role. You'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in keeping the business running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesFront of House & Guest ExperienceOversee front-of-house reception operationsEnsure a warm, professional, and consistent guest experienceHandle guest queries, bookings, and issue resolutionMaintain presentation standards at reception and shared spacesStaff Coordination & SchedulingManage staff rotas and shift schedulingTrack attendance, holidays, and sick leaveEnsure staff are clear on daily duties and expectationsAct as the point of contact for staff queriesSupport onboarding of new team membersPayroll & AdminPrepare and manage payroll inputs accuratelyTrack staff hours and overtimeLiaise with accountants / payroll providersMaintain personnel recordsHandle invoices, basic bookkeeping admin, and supplier coordinationOperations SupportKeep on top of daily operational needsFlag issues before they become problemsCoordinate maintenance and repairsEnsure systems, processes, and checklists are followedFounder Support (PA-style)Assist with personal admin tasksManage diaries, reminders, and schedulingHelp with organisation, planning, and follow-upsAct as a trusted right-hand personWhat We're Looking ForEssentialHighly organised and reliableStrong communication skillsComfortable managing peopleExcellent attention to detailCalm under pressureTrustworthy and discreetAble to work independentlyProactive problem solverDesirableExperience in hospitality, fitness, or leisure environmentsExperience with payroll, rotas, or HR adminExperience in a similar office manager / operations roleWhat This Role Is NotThis is not:A receptionist-only roleA marketing roleA remote admin roleA junior assistant positionThis is a central operations role with real responsibility.Why Join UsFast-growing premium businessVaried, interesting workHigh level of trust and autonomyOpportunity to grow with the companyBe part of a dynamic, energetic environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: €30,000.00-€45,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountOn-site gymOn-site parkingWork from homeWork Location: In person
