* Manage interviews, tests, and create shortlists of candidates for the client.
* Use social media to advertise positions, attract candidates, and build relationships.
* Headhunt suitable candidates who may already be in work.
* Brief candidates about job responsibilities, salary, and benefits.
* Preliminary check on applicants before submitting their details to the client.
* Negotiate pay and salary rates and finalise arrangements between clients and candidates.
