Job Title:IT Support Technician – Dublin, IrelandLocation:Dublin, Ireland (Onsite, occasional travel to other offices across Ireland)Work Hours:Monday to Friday (Shifts: 07:00–15:30, 08:30–17:00, 10:30–19:00)Experience:Up to 5 years in IT supportAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to join our international technology support team. You will provide IT assistance to staff across our UK and Ireland offices, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, manage IT assets, and support cloud-based systems. This role is primarily based in Dublin, with occasional visits to other offices as directed by Regional Managers.Key Responsibilities:Respond to IT queries via phone, email, and ticketing system.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, network, and AV issues.Install and manage software using Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.Assist users with applications and provide guidance/training.Maintain network printers, multi-function devices, and AV-enabled meeting rooms.Apply updates, patches, and maintain IT security standards.Support onboarding/offboarding processes for staff.Create and update Knowledge Base articles.Conduct scheduled office visits and provide progress updates to Regional Managers.Requirements:Excellent communication skills (phone and written).Experience in a professional environment and cloud-first IT systems (Azure).Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10 Enterprise.Familiarity with networks, wireless setups, and AV equipment.Good problem-solving and prioritization skills.Understanding of IT/Data Security policies.Comfortable using helpdesk ticketing systems.Why Join Us:Be part of a collaborative, international IT support team.Work in a professional environment with exposure to multiple systems and technologies.Opportunity to grow your IT skills in a dynamic role.
