Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests with a warm, friendly approach.
* Stay informed about all food and beverage offerings.
* Accurately take and serve food and drink orders.
* Keep tables and service areas clean, tidy, and well-organized.
* Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally.
* Consistently provide top-tier customer service.
* Manage bar reservations and walk-ins efficiently.
* Answer phone calls and manage bookings with clear, professional communication.
What We're Looking For:
* At least 2 years of experience in a busy bar or hospitality environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service.
* Attention to detail, especially in cleanliness and presentation.
* Willingness to learn and grow product knowledge.
* Neat appearance and adherence to dress code standards.
