Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of recruitment procedures for IT roles.
* Candidate consulting across all levels of the industry.
* Client relationship and account management, including process facilitation, consultation, and negotiation.
* Business development through outreach initiatives, networking, and client interactions.
* Candidate sourcing via online platforms, social media, and database management.
* Candidate screening and support, including interviews and interview preparation.
Successful candidates will have 2 years of experience in recruitment on a 360 desk, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, solid business acumen, and a results-driven mindset.
