Production Management Leader
We are seeking an exceptional Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day production activities, ensuring quality, output, and efficiency targets are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement production schedules aligned with demand forecasts, capacity, and inventory plans.
* Track and report on production KPIs including throughput, efficiency, downtime and yield.
* Champion a Safety First culture ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Collaborate closely with R&D and Operations teams to introduce new products and technologies into production seamlessly.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and other structured problem-solving methods to reduce waste and improve productivity.
* Optimise labour, equipment, and material resources to maximise efficiency and maintain cost-effective operations.
* Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation in line with company requirements.
* Work closely with service and after-sales teams to ensure product readiness, quality feedback, and performance improvements.
* Responsible for all aspects of production administration.
* Oversee the purchase of components, and consumables in line with production needs.
