Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounts Assistant/Accountant to join our team in a part-time role. As a senior financial operations specialist, you will be responsible for managing supplier invoices, ensuring proper documentation and approvals for all payments. You will maintain and reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements, investigating and resolving any queries that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process supplier invoices with necessary authorisation and file them promptly
• Maintain and reconcile the creditors ledger to supplier statements
• Investigate and resolve supplier queries
• Manage bank transactions, including preparing monthly bank reconciliations
• Process supplier payments online and manage new bank account setups
Requirements:
We require a broad finance knowledge with experience working in a similar role - 7 years minimum. The ideal candidate will be detail orientated and possess excellent communication skills.
