Responsibilities

* Lead the on-site health and safety agenda, ensuring all operations meet regulatory standards.

* Review design drawings, manage RFIs, and maintain close collaboration with the design team to resolve issues promptly.

* Oversee subcontractor coordination, testing and commissioning timelines, and drive timely project delivery.

* Maintain rigorous quality control procedures, champion internal QA systems, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
">
* Implement and monitor DMS systems and BCAR compliance, managing benchmarks and inspection processes.
">
* Manage stakeholder relationships including utility providers and local authorities.
">
* Drive value engineering initiatives and support the PM in early stakeholder engagement.

* Provide leadership and mentorship to the site engineering team, managing performance and development.
">
* Coordinate site meetings, oversee temporary works, and ensure seamless integration of subcontractor work packages.
Requirements for senior project lead

* Degree-qualified in engineering with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience.

* Proven ability to meet demanding programme and quality standards.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Detail-oriented, methodical, and self-motivated with strong initiative.

* Comfortable managing multiple workstreams and assuming responsibility for key tasks.

* Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
