We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to oversee the final stages of residential construction projects, ensuring all works are completed to the highest quality standards and delivered snag-free. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in the inspection, quality assurance, and handover process of large-scale residential developments, working closely with site teams, subcontractors, and management to ensure smooth project delivery. What You'll Do Carry out detailed quality inspections across all finishing elements Manage and track snagging items through to close-out Ensure all units are delivered snag-free prior to handover Work closely with Finishing Foremen, subcontractors, and site teams Monitor and enforce quality standards and specifications across the project Prepare and manage inspection reports, submissions, and project documentation Support and coordinate BCAR inspections and handover processes Maintain accurate digital records using IT systems and construction platforms Assist with quality reporting and compliance tracking Ensure subcontractors complete works in line with programme and quality expectations What We're Looking For Experience in a Finishing, Quality, or Snagging role within construction Strong eye for detail and quality control Experience carrying out site inspections and quality reporting Good understanding of BCAR processes and handover requirements Strong IT skills and confidence using digital reporting/document management systems Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades Strong organisation and communication skills What You'll Get Company Vehicle Pension Scheme Bonus Company Phone & Laptop Career progression opportunities Work with one of Ireland's leading construction firms Apply Interested in joining Conack?
