EcoVolt Ltd, a leader in sustainable heating and hot water solutions, is seeking a part-time Office Administrator & Bookkeeper to support our growing operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong bookkeeping knowledge and office administration experience, who is self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
Responsibilities
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Preparing Aged Creditors and Debtors monthly for MD to review
* Creditors / Debtors / Bank reconciliations
* Using Sage Accounts package and Brightpay payroll system
* Dealing with incoming and outgoing invoicing, supplier payments
* Maintaining holiday calendar and overseeing clock in system for all employees
Skills & Attributes
* A developed understanding of bookkeeping
* Experience in office administration
* Experience with Sage 50
* High level of detail accuracy
* Excellent numerical/ verbal reasoning
* Effective interpersonal and problem-solving skills
* Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership on the role
* Comfortable working on their own
