We are seeking a clinical negligence solicitor to manage a portfolio of litigation files.
Key Responsibilities
1. To handle and progress litigation files in accordance with current legislation, regulations, and case law principles.
2. To undertake advocacy at court hearings as required by the team or firm.
3. To conduct negotiations with other parties to settle disputes without resorting to litigation.
4. In conjunction with Counsel or internal clients, draft pleadings for proceedings before the courts;
prepare Statements of Case (Particulars of Claim) including all related documents. This may involve understanding key points that
require clarification under Part 18 Questions from another party’s Solicitors;
5. Maintain up-to-date knowledge on changes affecting this area of practice ensuring best advice is provided consistently within
