Key Responsibilities
* Regional Sales Leadership: Develop and execute regional business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.
* Manage a portfolio of key accounts and distributors across Europe.
* Business Development: Identify and convert new business opportunities within the dairy ingredients sector and oat products portfolio.
* Expand market share through targeted prospecting and relationship building.
Requirements:
* Masters degree in Business, Food Science, or related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum 10 years in B2B sales within dairy ingredients.
* Proven track record in managing regional accounts and delivering growth.
* Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Able to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.
