We're seeking an experienced and ambitious National Account Manager to join our team in Orion. As a pivotal member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share across key accounts in the FMCG industry. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share across key accounts
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within customer organizations
* Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including category management, promotions, and in-store activations
* Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity
* Negotiate and manage contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with key accounts
* Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management
* Support customer needs while driving sales growth and profitability
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in a national account management role
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and increasing market share
* Strong understanding of the Irish FMCG market and trade channels
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
