Junior Quantity Surveyor
to join our expanding team in Cork.

What You'll Be Doing
Assisting with cost estimates, tender preparation, and BOQs
Supporting measurement, take-offs, and valuations
Helping manage project costs, variations, and progress claims
Assisting with subcontractor procurement and evaluation
Maintaining accurate project documentation and site records
Attending site meetings and liaising with project teams
Contributing to high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance
What We're Looking For
Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying
0–2 years' experience
Strong numerical, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Proficiency in MS Office; QS software experience an advantage
Full driving licence and willingness to travel to sites
