We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Seasonal Photography Team Lead to oversee our Santa photo operation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a small team of photographers and sales assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations and a magical experience for every family.
Key Responsibilities:
* Team Leadership: Supervise, motivate, and support team members to deliver excellent service.
* Operations Management: Ensure equipment, printing, and photo delivery run efficiently each day.
* Customer Service: Handle escalated queries with professionalism, ensuring families leave happy.
* Quality Control: Oversee photo quality, product presentation, and site standards.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in retail, hospitality, photography, or event management (supervisory level preferred).
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment.
* Confidence with technology (cameras, printers, POS systems — training provided).
