Inventory Planner
Job responsibilities
Accountabilities
Define the Target Stock Level (TSL) for each store, that guaranties a defined service level to minimizes store inventory, based on a given assortment for existing product and new launches.
Monitor and evaluate the assortment and TSL performances and fluctuations with the goal of maximizing the stock rotation and assure Product Availability
Define stock target levels at Country level.
Monitor KPIs related to Availability and Stock performance at Country and Boutique level
Cooperate and update to Supply, Demand Planning and Distribution Planning Teams on monthly TSL updates for both existing and new launches.
Cooperates with Merchandising/Markets to support sales events and marketing campaigns
Constant monitoring on new launches and/or new openings situation
Profile
Qualifications / Professional Capabilities
University degree required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
Knowledge of operational and logistics flows and procedures
Simulation and scenario analysis/handling
Quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Office computing (MS Office); knowledge of SAP and Power Bi as an advantage
Fluent in English and fluent in another European language an advantage
Ability to effectively communicate (both written & verbal)
Strong team player with the ability to work with diverse groups of people in a productive manner
