As a key player in our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for driving the adoption and expansion of our product across EMEA. With a focus on tailored consultations, trainings, and assistant programs, you will onboard and expand our customer base while designing and executing at-scale outreach campaigns to key contacts.
You will work closely with sales partners to ensure strong adoption of our product and serve as our in-house product ambassador, elevating customers' workflows and maximizing returns on investment from Notion. Your expertise will help drive monthly active users and seat expansion while informing and influencing our overall growth strategy.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience at a fast-growing software company.
* A proven track record of success in Customer Success or Account Management.
* Fluency in German.
* Experience managing a large volume of accounts.
