Facilities Executive (On-Site) – Dublin 2Join a leading regulatory body driving sustainable growth, innovation, and international investment.Location:Dublin 2Department:FacilitiesSalary Scale:€52,026Contract Type:PermanentAbout the Role:Our client is seeking aFacilities Executive to join a dynamic team, ensuring smooth delivery of soft services, front-of-house operations, and supporting project delivery across Dublin headquarters and regional offices.You will managemulti-site facilities contracts,oversee soft services, support hard services, and contribute to projects and climate action initiatives. You will act as the main point of contact for contractors, stakeholders, and internal teams, maintaining the highest standards across all facilities operations.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day facilities operations across multiple office locations, including facilities management and maintenance contracts.Oversee delivery of Soft Services, including Reception, Security, Alarm Monitoring, Waste Management, Pest Control, Cleaning, Plant Maintenance, and Window Cleaning.Review Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and ensure recommendations are actioned in a timely manner.Project manage external contractors to ensure works are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed standards.Coordinate room setups for internal events, meetings, and visitor bookings.Support property and lease management activities, including preventative maintenance planning.Assist with procurement and tender processes in line with Government and public agency best practice.Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies and Government Procurement regulations.Prepare reports, business cases, and proposals for presentation to committees and/or the Board as required.Key CompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong client-focused and stakeholder relationship managementCreative problem-solving with a proactive and innovative approachProven project management capability with strong negotiation and influencing skillsRequirementsProven experience managing Soft Services across multi-site facilities - essential.Minimum 3+ years' experience in Facilities Contract ManagementLevel 8 Degree in Business or a relevant sector-related discipline (NQF recognised) – essentialAbility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively under pressureFlexibility to work outside standard office hours when requiredProficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointStrong commercial awareness with working knowledge of Hard ServicesInterested?Send your CV toPhilly LambeatLex Consultancy
