Key Responsibilities
* Manage the delivery of corporate transaction services and maintain strong client relationships.
* Oversee SPV and structured finance company set-ups, ensuring full compliance and governance.
* Act as an Irish resident director for assigned SPV mandates.
* Perform company secretarial duties and ensure statutory filings are completed accurately and on time.
* Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance teams to meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
* Liaise with external stakeholders including tax advisors, trustees, and investment managers.
* Contribute to key regulatory and compliance projects across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Requirements
* Degree in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.
* 2–3 years' experience in financial or professional services.
* Proven track record managing corporate transactions and governance matters.
* Strong understanding of corporate services, SPV management, and compliance frameworks.
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Highly proactive with strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
* Fluency in English essential.
