Operations Management Opportunity
Job Summary:
As a senior-level operations professional, you will be responsible for driving strategic leadership and continuous improvement across all operational areas of our expanding distribution business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide visionary leadership and direction to the operations team, focusing on productivity, service excellence, and professional development.
* Collaborate closely with procurement and product operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Enhance customer service standards by improving order accuracy, communication, and response times.
* Ensure effective coordination between sales, warehouse, and production departments to optimize workflow and drive efficiency.
* Monitor and report on key operational and service-related performance indicators (KPIs) to drive decision-making and accountability.
Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years' experience in an operations management role with demonstrated strength in team leadership and customer service.
* Prior experience within agriculture, engineering or industrial goods industries in the context of distribution operations is advantageous.
* Formal training in leadership, customer service, or process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma) is beneficial.
