Job Opportunity

The Payroll Administrator role involves processing weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software, responding to queries, posting journal entries, and preparing management reports.

* Process weekly payroll using Sage Payroll software.
* Respond to payroll-related queries.
* Post weekly payroll journal entries to the accounting system.
* Prepare weekly payroll reports for management.


Requirements:

* IPASS qualification
* 1–2 years experience managing payroll for a high-volume workforce.
* Proficient user of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a growing organisation. The successful candidate will have the ability to work on a 4-day week basis and support the Accounts Payable team with occasional ad hoc tasks.
