Job Title HR Generalist Maternity Cover (12 Months) Broadlake Location Sandyford, Dublin (Hybrid) Reports To Sinead Farrelly, Group Head of People Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy HR Generalist to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This role will focus on driving talent initiatives, recruitment, people development, and learning pathways. The successful candidate will champion employee engagement through impactful training programs aligned with our core values, DE&I initiatives, and work closely with our Head of Impact on our HAVE positive impact goals and training. You will also lead onboarding, policy development, and support internal events and conferences, all while leveraging digital tools like SharePoint and Key Responsibilities Talent & Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across departments. Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop sourcing strategies. Support onboarding and induction programs to ensure a seamless employee experience. People Development & Pathways Design and implement development frameworks and career pathways. Align learning initiatives with our family principles and vision and ambition of 3X10X. Track progress and impact of development programs using data insights with support of HR Admin and Analytics exec. Learning & Development Coordinate training logistics including venue, attendee lists, content prep, and facilitator management. Roll out DE&I and Positive Impact training programs. Ensure consistency and alignment across all learning initiatives. Tech & Tools Enablement Use SharePoint, and other digital platforms to manage HR workflows and house development learning materials. Create and maintain SharePoint sites and dashboards for HR documentation and reporting. Innovate and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools to improve HR operations. Policies & Procedures Draft, update, and implement HR policies and procedures. Lead training sessions on policy awareness and compliance. Ensure policies are accessible and understood across the family of businesses. Onboarding & Induction Own the onboarding and induction process for new hires. Ensure alignment with company culture and values from day one. Continuously improve onboarding materials and delivery. Data & Reporting Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Prepare reports for leadership on training, engagement, and development metrics with support from HR admin Events & Engagement Plan and execute fun team events, quarterly gatherings, and company-wide conferences. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth event logistics. Measure engagement and feedback to improve future events. Key Requirements Proven experience in HR Generalist or similar role. Strong understanding of talent development, recruitment, and L&D. Tech-savvy with experience using SharePoint, and other HR tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders. Passion for employee engagement, DE&I, and people development.
