The Job:
A national machinery service operation is seeking a Service Manager to oversee all workshop and field service activity across Ireland.
You will ensure the delivery of high quality technical support, maintain service standards, optimise operational performance and drive continuous improvement across all service functions.
This role plays a key part in supporting customers, dealers and internal teams by ensuring service quality, training competence and safety excellence.

The Candidate:
Proven leadership experience in service management or technical operations
Strong technical understanding of machinery, engineering or mechanical systems
Background in workshop management, field service, technical support, parts or warranty
Excellent communication skills and a customer focused mindset
Organised, results-driven and able to motivate a technical team
Proactive in identifying operational issues and driving solutions
Committed to high standards of safety, service quality and continuous improvement
The Package:
€72,000 salary DOE
Permanent, full time role based in Port Laoise
