Role Purpose:This role works within our Treasury team, specifically day-to-day Treasury transactions and Bank reporting & administration.Reporting to: Senior Treasury ManagerMain accountabilities and key tasks:Support the preparation of cash flow forecasts and variance analysisAssist in compiling the weekly FX exposure positionMaintain and update banking mandate records and electronic banking user accessCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve day-to-day operational queriesPerform month-end reconciliations of interest income/expense and bank feesProduce and distribute weekly Treasury KPIsSupport the Senior Treasury Manager with day-to-day Treasury activities, including payment processing, FX deals, funding, and investmentsMaintain and own payments logs, ensuring they are accurate and up to dateMonitor the Treasury mailbox to ensure all emails are actioned within agreed timeframesAssist with periodic reviews and information requests from acquirersSupport the Treasury Manager in identifying and evaluating FX solutions to meet the needs of the businessKnowledge and Experience:Qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a related discipline (or equivalent work experience)1–3 years of experience in a Treasury, Finance, or Accounting roleExperience in a corporate treasury or finance environment, preferably within a multi-entity or multinational organisationHands-on experience with reconciliations, payments processing, and cash management activitiesFamiliarity with FX transactions, cash flow forecasting, and/or exposure reporting is an advantageExperience working with banking platforms, ERP systems, and/or treasury management systemsDemonstrated experience collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g. Finance, AP, AR) and external partners (e.g. banks, payment providers)Strong Excel skills and comfort working with high volumes of transactional dataCommunicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writingTakes responsibility for assigned tasks (e.g. payment logs, reconciliations, mailbox management) and follows through to completionWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
