Digital Operations Executive in our SuperValu eCommerce team.
The Digital Operations team is responsible for managing the SuperValu Online Shopping website, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while driving sales performance and continuous improvement across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, working cross-functionally, and owning the day-to-day operational excellence of a large-scale eCommerce platform.
What you will be doing:
Support
the day-to-day operation of the SuperValu Online Shopping website, ensuring site stability, accuracy and strong customer experience
Lead and support
platform testing and UAT activities for website and app releases, validating fixes and flagging issues prior to going live
Investigate and resolve
live-site issues related to product data, pricing, promotions and availability, working closely with internal teams and third-party partners
Own and execute
changes to the online hierarchy and taxonomy, ensuring products are correctly mapped and easy for customers to find
Manage product-level updates such as
attributes and content corrections
Support operational controls that influence availability of products online
Work closely with Trading, Product, UX, IT and external partners to progress fixes, enhancements and operational improvements
Support the publishing and merchandising of
campaigns
, ensuring accurate execution and timing.
What we are looking for:
A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a digital, eCommerce or operational support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot issues, investigate root causes and follow through to resolution
Confident working with data, spreadsheets and operational trackers
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
A proactive, organised and solutions-focused mindset
Experience with eCommerce platforms, or content management systems
Exposure to UAT, release testing or platform change management
Experience working with third-party technology or support partners
