You'll execute large-scale, complex projects using diverse methodologies.Advocate for Customers: Be the voice of our users, translating their needs into actionable insights that inform our roadmap. You'll also monitor market trends and competitors to ensure we stay ahead.Facilitate Problem-Solving: Lead sessions that move teams from assumptions to clear, user-centered problems. You'll apply the right research methods to achieve goals and identify novel product opportunities.Drive Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate research insights throughout the product lifecycle. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships and champion a culture of user empathy, ensuring research findings drive informed decisions.RequirementExperience: 5+ years of recent user research experience in product development. Experience with AI or healthcare products is a plus.Portfolio: A portfolio of case studies showcasing your impact on web applications across various industries.Skills: Experience leading complex research using diverse methods (usability testing, task analysis, etc.).
