MSL Motor Group is seeking aCreative Lead & Digital Data Specialistto join our Group Marketing team.This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled professional who can combine creative leadership with digital performance expertise across one of Ireland's leading automotive groups, representing prestigious brands including Mercedes-Benz, smart, Škoda, BYD, and Xpeng.You will lead the creative direction for multi-brand campaigns while managing and optimizing theMSL website and third-party digital platforms(such as Carzone and DoneDeal) to drive traffic, engagement, and enquiries. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on brand presence and digital performance.Key Duties And Responsibilities To IncludeCreative LeadershipDevelop and execute creative concepts for campaigns, events, and digital content across all MSL brands.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines for multiple marques.Oversee production of print, video, and digital assets using Adobe Creative Suite tools.Digital Data & PerformanceManage and optimize the MSL website and third-party digital platforms (Carzone, DoneDeal, etc.).Track and analyse digital performance metrics (SEO, PPC, social, lead generation).Develop dashboards and reports to inform marketing decisions.Identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and lead conversion.CREATIVITY & INNOVATIONAbility to generate fresh, engaging ideas for multi-brand campaigns.Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro) is essential.Strong visual sense and attention to detail in content creation.DIGITAL EXPERTISEExpertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM best practices and Excel.Familiarity with website management, UX and third-party digital platform reporting.COMMUNICATIONExcellent written and verbal communication skills and report writing skillsORGANISATION & INITIATIVEAbility to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.Team player, willing to learn and share skillsDesirable Experience And SkillsDegree in Marketing, Design, Data Analytics, or related field.5+ years in a creative/digital marketing role, ideally with multi-brand experience.Strong portfolio showcasing creative workAnalytical mindset with attention to detail and strong project management skills.What We OfferCompetitive salaryHybrid working model (3 days office, 2 days WFH) ( can be 5 days in the office if preferredOpportunity to work on high-profile campaigns and events across multiple Luxury and premium brands.A collaborative and supportive work environment.Pension scheme, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.Reports To:Marketing Manager, MSL Motor GroupIf you are passionate about creative design, digital analytics, and luxury automotive branding, we would love to hear from you.
