Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Tax Compliance Specialist to manage a portfolio of complex cases and provide exceptional client service. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking consultancy work, managing complex cases, giving exceptional client service, maintaining regular contact with client teams, liaising with partners, appraising staff performance, mentoring junior staff, ensuring procedures are followed, budgeting, and monitoring compliance fees.
The ideal candidate will have significant corporate tax experience, technical capability, people management, and business development skills. Key competencies include client focus, commercial awareness, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and a positive attitude to solving problems.
