What you'll doCreate, maintain, and improve Quality Management System processes. Lead internal management system audit programs and support 3rd party audits and customer audits. Manage controlled documentation (SOPs / WI / Records / etc.) Manage the tracking of the Corrective / Preventive Management Process, working closely to support CAPA owners to successfully implement effective CAPA Manage the tracking of the Non-Conformance Process, working closely with NCR action owners to ensure timely closure of Non-conformances Manage the tracking of the Supplier Corrective Action Process, working closely with Quality Engineers to ensure timely and effective closure of SCARs Champion continuous improvement through the QMS. Collate and trend Key performance indicator data Conduct staff training on AS9100 requirements and QMS processesWho you are Level 8 Degree in a relevant Quality/Engineering/Science related discipline Proven experience in Quality Systems role in a regulated environment. Mechanical or Electrical Engineering background would be an advantage. Strong knowledge of quality management systems (ISO9001, AS9100). Good knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical Analysis and Lean principles to investigate andsolve problems and improve quality. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment and workunder own initiative to targets and deadlines.
