Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, or account management.
Ability to communicate in English and German fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications

Experience with business techniques including effective questioning, and managing objections.
Experience with working and selling Google’s cross-channel products - performance (Search and PMax), upper funnel (YouTube, DemandGen) and privacy and measurement solutions.
Experience managing a business portfolio in business development, customer relationship and servicing.
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to think strategically and develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to influence stakeholders through thought leadership.

Responsibilities

Drive extraordinary customer growth by thinking bigger in every engagement — always looking for ways to increase pitch size while being anchored in customer value.
Partner with cross-functional team members to proactively win back market share from key digital performers.
Drive customer growth via Google Ads by leading media planning, campaign optimization, and troubleshooting to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Deliver exceptional customer proximity with their agencies with the goal of extending relationships, growing the customer, and optimizing their advertising with product expertise.
Update and upskill clients on recommended Google products, solutions or strategies across Search, Display, YouTube and Apps.
