About your Team Leader Merchant Services job
You will manage a portfolio of merchants, oversee onboarding, support commercial negotiations, liaise with acquirers and partners, and ensure merchants receive proactive, compliant, and commercial support.
You will be managing a team of 4
Your team deal with commercial queries and it is very much a client services role. You will be working very closely with the Sales team.
You will be managing the CRM Systems
Motivating and training the team
Reporting on Activities
Dealing with any escalated queries
3 Days in the office in Dublin South on the LUAS and 2 days working from home
What Skills You Need
Team Lead or Management experience is essential
Experience gained in Merchant Services, payments or merchant acquiring
Experience working with CRMs
High attention to detail and strong process orientation
You need to be an energetic performer, highly motivated and personable
Business related qualification
