High-Impact Regional Talent Strategy Role
A distinguished opportunity has emerged for a skilled Principal Talent Management Specialist to spearhead regional people and organizational strategies in Ireland.
This is a strategic, high-impact role ideal for a seasoned professional who wants to drive regional talent initiatives, influence organizational design, and play a key part in the succession and growth agenda.
The role can be based out of either Clonmel or Cork sites with flexible working options available.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with business and HR leaders to translate strategic priorities into effective talent and organizational development strategies aligned with global frameworks.
* Lead and support organization design initiatives, ensuring global strategies are effectively implemented across Ireland and EMEA.
* Drive core talent management processes, including performance management, succession planning, and career frameworks.
* Develop and embed scalable onboarding, learning, and capability-building solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness.
* Act as a regional resource for change management and organizational effectiveness, enabling a culture of engagement, growth, and innovation.
* Provide coaching and development support to leaders and teams across the region (formal qualification an advantage, but not essential).
* Collaborate across HR Centres of Excellence and contribute to shaping enterprise-wide talent strategies.
Requirements:
* Bachelors degree in HR, Organization Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
* 10+ years experience in organization development, change management, or talent management within complex, matrix environments.
* Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and deliver strategic outcomes.
* Strong interpersonal and consulting skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* Coaching experience and mindset ability to own the regional coaching strategy.
* Willingness to travel occasionally between Irish sites.
