Lots of scope for progression in this role.About Your New JobAs theGroup Accountant, you will play a key role in the finance functionIn this role, you will:Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts across multiple entities.Consolidate group results and deliver clear variance analysis against budget and forecast.Develop and monitor KPIs to support decision-making.Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow planning and financial modelling.Oversee AP/AR, payroll journals, reconciliations and month-end close activities.Maintain strong internal controls and support group risk management.Partner with managers across the business, presenting financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.Identify process and system improvements to enhance reporting and efficiency.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors and regulatory bodies.Support and mentor junior finance team members.What Skills You NeedRecently Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA /ACA/ CPA or equivalent).Recent relevant experience preparing accountsWhy apply for this role?Excellent salary 65k plus bonusExperience preparing accounts for more than one entity, progress to budgeting, forecasting, consolidated accountsWhat's NextSubmit your CV via the link below to Natasha @ Sigmar Recruitment for a confidential discussion on this and other opportunities in the Irish market.
