The Administration and IT Services Officer is a vital role in supporting the administration, communication and office infrastructure for the Congregational Leadership Team (CLT).
Key Responsibilities:
* In collaboration with the PA/Office Manager provide administrative support to the CLT offices including Catherine McAuley Centre, Herbert St, Dublin.
* Maintain and support computerized systems in collaboration with the external IT Provider ensuring high performance and security.
* Maintain and update congregational files in collaboration with the Congregational Secretary ensuring data integrity through secure backups and data protection practices.
* Create digital media and graphics content and designs for internal and external communication reports, cards, booklets, brochures, etc. and utilize relevant applications.
* Provide day-to-day technical support to CLT offices ensuring consistent performance and availability of office IT infrastructure.
* Collaborate with the Congregational Communications Coordinator in the ongoing development and implementation of communications across the congregation, including the website.
* Act as the first point of escalation for Office IT issues ensuring prompt resolution.
* Synchronize, maintain and update the Congregational Database regularly facilitating access to appropriate users.
* Maintain a welcoming and organized environment within the office promoting a positive work culture.
