Duties and Responsibilities
* Cutting and trimming beef meat according to company specifications
* Working within the boning hall handling beef cuts efficiently
* Utilizing knives and meat processing tools safely ensuring adherence to health & safety protocols at all times
* Maintaining high hygiene levels as well as cleanliness throughout the workplace
