are currently seeking Social Care professionals to join a reputable service supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting in Waterford.
We require residential Social Care Workers to provide high-quality care to service users, promoting independence and person-centred planning, and contributing to the day-to-day running of the service.
Requirements:
1. A minimum Level 7 Qualification in Social Care or relevant field
2. Clear understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
3. Experience with risk assessments and safeguarding of vulnerable adults
4. Knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
5. Knowledge of Children’s First guidelines and procedures
6. Full, clean manual driving license
