Civils Supervisor
Lead and direct daily operations of civil engineering works across Cork, ensuring high standards and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Direct on-site civil works including groundworks, drainage, concrete, utilities, and roadworks, maintaining quality and efficiency.
* Manage a team of direct labour, subcontractors, and plant, ensuring effective coordination and resource allocation.
* Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, company procedures, and site-specific RAMS, promoting a culture of safety.
* Conduct regular site briefings, toolbox talks, and safety inspections to maintain awareness and adherence to protocols.
* Liaise effectively with Project Managers, Engineers, Clients, and Local Authorities, fostering strong relationships and open communication.
* Develop and implement work plans to meet programme targets, balancing productivity and quality.
* Monitor and evaluate the quality of workmanship, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
